Sowmiya is a hands-on entrepreneur who loves solving real-world problems, especially in recruitment. She’s founded and led two successful companies—a DevOps startup and a premium food delivery business—and learned firsthand just how complex hiring can get.

From inconsistent job messaging across multiple platforms to countless manual tasks, she saw the frustrating challenges that slow companies down.Through her own experiences and open discussions with fellow founders, Sowmiya realized these hiring problems are everywhere. Repetitive steps, unclear branding, and outdated recruitment methods were hurting businesses and applicants alike.

Motivated to make a difference, Sowmiya set out to rethink how companies recruit. Her vision is a streamlined, tech-driven approach that empowers businesses to connect with the right talent—faster and more effectively—ushering in a new era of recruitment innovation.

Srikanth is a respected global leader known for turning big ideas into reality at companies like Unilever, Bharti Airtel, and OneWeb. Over a career spanning nearly 40 years, he’s built a reputation for spotting what’s possible long before others do—driving billion-dollar acquisitions, embracing new technologies, and inspiring teams that thrive on innovation.

During his time at Bharti Airtel, Srikanth held both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer roles, helping transform a regional telecom player into a global powerhouse. Later, at OneWeb, he guided the business through pivotal challenges, raising crucial funding and bringing space-based internet closer to everyone.

Now, as an advisor to JustPing.ai, Srikanth is energized by the promise of the next wave of digital disruption. He’s passionate about collaboration, agile thinking, and daring to dream big—values he’s championed throughout his career and continues to share with startups and leaders worldwide.
